The PerfectPleat® uses pleated media to offer maximized surface area for dust collection. The PerfectPleat® ‘s patented DuraFlex® media and design is suited for demanding commercial environments.

ASHRAE MERV 8 Rating. Available in Heavy Duty or with Antimicrobial coated media.

Red Excell

The Red Excell filter is uniquely designed for use in heavy industrial environments. The Red Excell’s media and design allow for more dust holding, higher overall strength, and longer service life than pre filters in the same class. The Red Excell’s design features depth-loading fiberglass media coated in industrial adhesive, for maximum dust-holding ability.

UL rated (flame retardant) and ASHRAE MERV 8 rating. Available in custom sizes and heavy duty construction.

Standard Duty Panel Filters

“Green XL Cell” filters are designed for general air filtration in various types of commercial HVAC systems. Suitable for installation where dust loading conditions are light to medium.

Heavy Duty Industrial Panel Filters

8000 Excell filters are designed for air filtration in industrial HVAC systems and suitable for installation where dust-loading conditions are extremely heavy. Typical applications would include compressor intakes, blower intakes, mining applications, turbine intakes and process equipment protection.

Air Demon® Replacement Filters

Air Demon® 4″ filters are designed as replacement filters for Honeywell Residential filter units. Air Demon® 5″ filters are designed as replacement filters for Trion AirBear Residential filter units. It is also suitable as a high efficiency filtration solution in commercial environments. The Air Demon® has the highest air flow and lowest pressure drop in the 4″ pleated filter class.

FrontLine Fiberglass Media

FrontLine Fiberglass Air Filter Media is available in 3 grades: Industrial grade media for extra heavy dirt loading conditions, Commercial grade media for medium to heavy dirt loading conditions, and Standard grade media for light to medium dirt loading conditions.

The media is designed with “progressive density”. This special construction eliminates face loading by allowing dust particles to be captured throughout the entire thickness increasing arrestance and dust holding capacity.

FrontLine media allows for high compression strength. The ability of the media to maintain its full thickness without collapsing permits air to flow freely through the filter with a gradual rise in resistance.

The glass fibers are coated with American Air Filter’s exclusive industrial grade adhesive. The wicking action of the highly viscous adhesive enables it to cling to the fibers and thoroughly saturate each dirt particle. This means accumulated dirt will not break away and blow downstream. The adhesive maintains its dirt-trapping characteristic over the life of the filter. It is non-toxic, flame retardant, odorless, and completely safe to handle.

Polyester Pads

Polyester media pads are used for all applications including commercial and institutional HVAC systems, unit ventilators, fan coil units, packaged terminal air conditioners, electrical cabinets and motors for protection from accumulations of dust and dirt. These filters are manufactured with 100% synthetic material with high compression strength, bonded with a fire-retardant resin. Available in various thicknesses from 1/4″ to 2″. Also available are Wet-Tack or Dry-Tack adhesive coatings, depending on the application required.

Pro-Tech Synthetic Media Pads

Pro-Tech synthetic media pads are high performance filters used to protect HVAC systems, ductwork and to extend the life of higher efficiency secondary filters. Pro-Tech medias are designed to provide high dirt holding capacity while maintaining high arrestance values. Costs associated with cleaning HVAC systems are reduced when Pro-Tech medias are used.

Pro-Tech Plus

Pro-Tech Plus cells are high performance filters used to protect HVAC systems, ductwork and to extend the life of higher efficiency secondary filters. Pro-Tech Plus Cells are designed to provide high dirt holding capacity while maintaining high arrestance values.
